Where are we...
We are located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast of QLD, Australia - just an hour north of Brisbane.
We are not open to the public, but please email sales@glassmate.com.au if you would like to arrange local pickup.
Where do we ship to....
We ship throughout Australia and to most international destinations via Sendle shipping.
Processing times
We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 business hours*
We may at times be unable to offer same day shipping!
* Business Hours are Monday - Friday of a standard week and exclude public holidays / long weekends etc.
In the unlikely event that your GlassMate arrives damaged, we will replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to organise your replacement. You will be required to follow our returns policy.
